Fibre plays an important role in gut health. The little critters in the gut chomp on the green leafy vegetables, fruits, legumes and lentils and thrive. The recommended daily intake of fibre for adults is (25-30gm). However, most of us struggle to eat enough quantities. Eat these for fibre!
